  • what is e.d.p. school?

    e.d.p. school is a non-profit institution of higher education devoted to students interested in continuing their education as well as securing professional employment in the financial, medical and technological fields.
  • where are you located?

    e.d.p. school can be found in the sheepshead bay section of brooklyn, new york. we are conveniently located right off of the belt parkway.

  • what courses can i take?

    e.d.p. school offers a selection of cutting edge academic programs designed to help you receive advanced certification. prospective students can currently select from the following courses:

    Accounting & Bookkeeping

    certified nurse aide (cna)

    ESL & Business Communications

    home health aide (hha)

    medical assistant

    personal care aide (pca)

    ultrasound technician

  • are there any pre-requisites?

    the standard pre-requisite for all of our academic programs is a high school diploma or equivalency. the ultrasound sonogpraphy program requires a bachelor’s degree.

  • how much does tuition cost?

    tuition costs vary across all academic programs. detailed information regarding tuition and costs of attendance can be disscussed by calling (718) 332-6469.

  • is financial aid available?

    federal student aid is available to those who qualify. for information regarding the different types of aid that are available, please visit the page titled “available financial aid programs.”

  • when do classes begin?

    e.d.p. school employs a rolling admissions policy.

  • what is a rolling admissions policy?

    a rolling admissions policy means we continuously accept and review applications contingent upon openings in specific programs. we recommend submitting your application as early as possible to ensure a seat in your preferred program of study. once your completed admissions forms are received, we make every effort to notify you of our enrollment decision within 2-4 weeks.

  • are night time classes offered?

    yes, e.d.p. school offers night time classes. we encourage you to speak with an admissions representative to discuss night course enrollment opportunities.

  • what about weekend classes?

    yes, e.d.p. school also offers weekend classes. again, we encourage you to speak with an admissions representative to discuss weekend enrollment opportunities.

  • when is the school open?

    e.d.p. school’s normal hours of operation are:

    mon-fri: 9:00am – 9:00pm
    sat-sun: 9:00am – 3:00pm

  • can i take a tour of the school?

    we encourage all prospective students to come down and visit the school’s facilities. our address is 1601 voorhies avenue, suite #2, sheepshead bay, brooklyn, ny, 11235. please give us a call at 718-332-6469 to schedule an appointment.
